Additional House Rules

We do our best to provide everything you might possibly need to stay as a family, so please do your best to be respectful of our provisions, accessories, and home!

  • Security deposit of $250 is required

  • Maximum occupancy is 10 adults/kids + 1 infant

  • Neighborhood quiet hours: 10PM - 7AM

  • Do not log out of YoutubeTV or Amazon Fire TV on the smart TV’s

Reservations & Payments

We accept direct bookings along with booking on third party platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO. All payments are through online processors, no cash or check will be accepted. These platforms are for personal stays only. If you are looking to book the property for commercial purposes or for a photoshoot, please reach out to use for more information on how to do so.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking. If the guest cancels the reservation more than 48 hours after the initial booking, the initial deposit minus a $25 administrative charge may be refunded ONLY if premises are re-rented by owner for the same period at same rental amount. If re-rented for lesser amount, the difference between this lease rent and the lesser re-rent shall not be refunded.

Fees to Expect

  • Cleaning Fee: $250 / Stay

  • Pet Fee: $100 / Pet / Stay

  • State and City Hotel & Occupancy Taxes: Vary depending on nightly rate and length of stay

  • Refundable Security Deposit: $250

FAQs

    • Beach Towels

    • Pack-n-play sized sheets, if using the mini-crib

  • The beach is a 12- 15 minute walk from the home. There are a few other beach spots that we enjoy, and would be happy to share, if you’re interested! Golf cart rentals are available, and come with a parking pass for free parking around Carolina Beach (where posted).

  • We have 2 wagons, 4 chairs, and quite a few beach toys. We do not provide umbrella’s, but they are available for rent. You can also rent kayaks/SUP’s locally.

  • We appreciate you not having additional guests in the home, unless they have been cleared by us. It’s typically not a problem, but we always appreciate a heads up!

  • There is 1 exterior security camera on the property, in the carport, monitoring the entrances to the home. The camera captures audio, and is for liability & security purposes.
